Our bakers rise before dawn to bake high quality sourdoughs, traditional loaves and rolls using the very finest flours from East Anglia. We use a long fermentation process for our breads to bring out the very best in flavour and crumb.
Our sandwiches are all made fresh daily or made to order for something bespoke. Choose your base from crusty baguettes, seeded baps or hand cut traditional or sourdough bread. See our menu for ideas, or simply create your own.
From the traditional Cornish Pasty to our vegan sausage rolls, and not forgetting our famous ‘’secret recipe’’ for the ultimate cheese straw – we’ve got a savoury for you.
We boast a wide selection of hand crafted indulgent sweet treats, from the ever popular Chocolate Oat Slice, the traditional Norfolk Shortcake or, for a decadent treat- the afternoon tea for two.
We are thrilled to work with a local independent coffee roaster who have helped us to devise the perfect ‘’Bakers Blend’’ coffee, that is smooth, well rounded and perfectly suited to baked fare..
